When you place an order to purchase a product from the isquash site, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (if an e-mail address is supplied). Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an e-mail to have been dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. isquash are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you.
When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Variation of content
isquash shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any portion of this Policy at any time. Continued use of this site following the posting of any such changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any items to us in its original condition* within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges and/or Refunds will only be granted within this timescale.
Please enclose a COPY OF THE INVOICE and a brief covering letter explaining the reason for the return and whether a refund or a replacement is preferred. If you do not include all of the necessary paperwork then the refund or replacement of your goods may be delayed or not be completed.

isquash recommend that items be sent back to us via some form of recorded delivery. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post then you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel for the goods lost. isquash will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Postage costs incurred to return items will only be refunded if an incorrect item has been dispatched by isquash i.e. if we have made a mistake. We will not refund the postage if we have sent out what you have ordered.
If you believe you have been sent an incorrect item & wish to be credited for the postage, please include a receipt for the postage cost incurred. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to credit the cost.
Faulty items will be inspected & if deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, isquash will credit you for the item to the value when purchased. Due to the nature of sport, faulty items will only be considered for inspection within 6 months of purchase. Anything over this time will be dealt with at the discretion of isquash.co.uk.
*Note: Original Condition may mean the following;
Rackets: isquash will only refund or replace a racket if it HAS NOT BEEN USED IN ANYWAY. The plastic cover must be still around the handle & there should be no scuff marks or paint chips anywhere on the item. No refund will be given for the postage and packing element of the sale.
Shoes: isquash will only be able to refund or replace shoes if they are in their original condition, i.e. they have not been played in or used outside. Any stickers in the inside of the shoe should not be worn. Shoes should be tried on a carpet surface. We will require the original shoebox in its original condition if you would like a refund or a replacement. No refund will be given for the postage and packing element of the sale.
Clothing: isquash will only be able to refund or replace clothing if the item has not been worn (this does not include trying on for size), washed or had the label removed. Clothes should also be put back into the packaging before returning them to us. No refund will be given for the postage and packing element of the sale.
Cancellation

UK Orders
All orders will be dispatched through Parcel Force/Royal Mail.
It is possible to collect orders from our shop.
Subject to stock, your order will be dispatched within 24hours of ordering. We use the Royal Mail delivery service, which takes 1-3 working days. (Deliveries to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland & Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands may take longer).
Orders placed before 11am will be despatched on the same working day subject to stock availability. Any orders placed after this time or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday may not be despatched until the following working day.
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday only. Deliveries will not be made on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
Your order will be delivered at your normal Royal Mail delivery time. A signature is required upon delivery, although anyone at the delivery address may sign for the parcel.
If there is no one to accept delivery, the postman will act in line with the standard Royal Mail Regulations and leave a card to make alternative arrangements for delivery.
If you supply an incorrect postal code or incomplete address then there may be a delay in despatching your parcel or delivery of your parcel may not be possible. It is not the responsibility of isquash to ensure that the address is correct and we accept no responsibility for the loss or delay in delivery of your parcel if the address that you supplied is incorrect or incomplete.
Privacy Policy
